Hi, my name is Beth Pollard and I have been a Sales Associate at Reno Toyota since May of 1999. I am a 3rd generation Reno native; I understand our local economy and our customers' needs. I take personal care of each and every one of my clients as if they were a long time friend. Many of my clients do end up becoming dear friends, and it's something I cherish about my job.

I am a mother to my 7 year-old son, Preston. He is my world, my everything!  He enjoys all water sports with me during the summer, but I think this winter I am going to strap a snowboard on his feet and see how he likes it! I am close to my family, both of my parents still live in Reno and I love spending time with them.

For me, it's not work. It's about the passion I possess for my customers and treating them like family members. I have proudly been awarded Toyota's highest gold level Sales Society award for customer satisfaction, and I hold a Master Sales Associate certification with Toyota. I work hard for my customers.

I am very proud to work for the Dolan family; they are good people and have not only done so much for me, but for our greater community. I have seen this business transform right before my eyes, even Reno Toyota has been in 3 different buildings since I have joined the team! It has been an honor working here and I look forward to meeting so many more new faces and creating more friendships.
