As you know, you are recommended by AAA in their auto buying guide on the internet, which is the reason I contacted you rather than other salespersons at Reno Toyota. I certainly was not disappointed in the treatment I received. I found your knowledge of the products and your professionalism very impressive and I especially appreciated the personal attention I received from you.
I was particularly impressed with the friendly, professional treatment I received from everyone I dealt with at Reno Toyota, from your receptionist to the gentleman in your Service Dept. You have an amazing group to work with.
I can’t tell you how much I love my Tacoma! In spite of higher gas prices, I find myself making more trips to town than ever before just so I can enjoy driving my truck. It does well on our wash-board roads here in my valley and it handled beautifully in the high winds on HWY 395 this week. So far I have not found one thing to complain about. Buying a Toyota has been the smartest thing I’ve done in years.
Again, that you so much for all your help and guidance through the sales process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I’m so busy so for me to write a letter says a lot. I wanted to thank Cami Luc and Charles Nied for their help with getting our Sequoia.
I’ve tried for other times to get a Toyota through Reno Toyota with no success. With the CostCo deal it was possible but it took a lot of help from Cami & Charles. I can’t thank them enough for their time.
I got the exact Sequoia I wanted. Cami & Charles were able to answer my questions and when they couldn’t they found the answer quickly and kept in constant contact with me. They showed class and pride.
I was turning in a lease, which was the first time. I was confused and Reno Toyota helped me so much and it was not even their job.
Also, thanks to Tom W. for coming out behind closed doors to explain the whole process. I tend to have a lot of questions to ‘cross the T’s and dot the I’s’. The whole team was such a help.

On Thursday Aug 23rd I limped into Reno from San Jose, CA in my 1997 Toyota Avalon. I immediately drove to Reno Toyota and met with Service Advisor Blake Nelson who assured me that my brakes could be rebuilt the next day. On Friday however, Blake called me and explained that additional damage was discovered on my wheel assembly and shock absorbers. He had already placed a parts order in California but they would not arrive until Monday, thus delaying my departure. Facing an increasing repair bill for my Avalon with 100,000 miles on it, I inquired about trading in my Avalon for a new Toyota. In turn, Blake referred me to your Internet Manager, Cami Luc.
In a stressful and busy 24-hour period where my presence was required for numerous Kiwanis Convention activities in Reno, both Blake and Cami worked with me to evaluate my options. While Blake paved the way for expedited repairs Cami demonstrated several Toyota models for me and shuttled me to and from my Kiwanis obligations, in between test-drives. Both of these folks were exceptionally professional and polite and greatly assisted me and my wife during this demanding time. In the end I elected to purchase a new Camry. I love Toyotas and although I was not in a financial position to make such a commitment at this time, I was greatly influenced by the respect and cooperation I received from both Blake and Cami.
Cami is an exceptional Sales Associate who gained the respect of this insurance agent and worked closely with me to assure a win-win outcome. Her personal attention to my needs eased me over the threshold of decision and closed the sale. She is a tremendous credit to you. At the same time, despite the disappointment of having my 1997 Avalon fail prematurely, Blake’s empathy and dedication to helping me find the right choice for my family and reassured me that Toyota remains my best solution for sales and service. Even thought the sales department “trumped” the maintenance department this time, I probably would have felt resentment towards Toyota and investigated other cars had it not been for Blake’s professional courtesy. If I ever find myself in the vicinity of Reno when my new Camry requires maintenance I ill go out of my way to bring my car into Blake.
In summary, these folks have turned a negative experience into positive one for me and they are great appreciation for Toyota, and especially for Reno Toyota. Please share with them my appreciation for their dedication.
